The petitioner seeks bail Ekma P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The house of the petitioner was raided and four solar plates, one Hero Honda generator and one Kirolsker motor were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deals in scrap materials. No case is lodged for theft of the aforesaid articles and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for three months and he has

Case No. 211 of 2016.
