In view of final decision of the Committee

Patna High Court MJC No.352 of 2014 (2) dt.11-05-2017 communicated vide Annexure-E to the second show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 stating that Committee has taken decision that the petitioner belongs to "Kamkar (Kahar)" caste, in my view, there is sufficient compliance of the order of this Court, this proceeding cannot continue.

However, the petitioner, if so desires, would be at liberty to assail the order of the Committee/Principal Secretary before a competent forum.

This application stands disposed of.
