The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 194 of 2017 arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 08.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 49358 of 2016 granting liberty him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19440 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
