This application under section 482 Cr. P.C. is directed against the order dated 20.11.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 47 of 2013, whereunder the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nawada dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the accused-petitioner preferred against the order dated 30.08.2013 passed by the C.J.M., Nawada taking cognizance for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427 and 379/34 of the I.P.C. differing with the final form submitted by the Investigating Officer in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 116
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3130 of 2014 (6) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 of 2012.
On going through the impugned order and the case diary, apparently I find no illegality in the impugned order. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, petitioners are at liberty to raise their grievance/defence before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.
