1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.08.2023, passed in CWJC No.9347 of 2023, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara has already passed a reasoned order dated 07.08.2024, rejecting the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.564 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 the same by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The petition stands disposed off.
