The writ application questions the sustainability of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher (Selection & Service Conditions) Rule, 2006 as framed by the State Government . The State Counsel has submitted that the virus of the said provision has been challenged in several writ petitions before this Court. A division bench by a proceeding dated 01.12.2009 dismissed those batch of writ petitions and upheld the law framed by the State Government .
