JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present writ application, he would seek liberty from this Court to raise his grievance with respect to the certificate amount before an appropriate forum in terms of the remedy available in the agreement and in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same.

As prayed, this writ application is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5423 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate court/forum in terms of the remedy available to him either in the agreement or in accordance with law.
