This application is for grant of bail in connection with Kargahar P.S.Case No.184 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is delay in lodging of F.I.R. and falsity of the case will also appear from the fact that the informant has alleged that the petitioner had taken money from her but it is false and concocted allegation, as he has not taken money from the informant.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has stated that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he has taken Rs.72,000/- from the informant to take her admission in A.N.M. course degree but the same was not done and when she made complaints about this, first he stated that he will return the money

Having heard both sides and in view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a reasonable period.
