2. This case has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent No. 1 to 6 to remove encroachment from the lands situated at Mauza-Gandawas, Thana No. 333, Khata No. 71, Plot No. 917, 940, 941 and 942 measuring an area of 63 decimals.
3. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Dagarua, Purnia to expedite the encroachment proceeding and before passing any order the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3754 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 Circle Officer will properly hear the petitioner and the alleged encroachers who are respondent no. 7 and 8 in this writ petition. The Circle Officer is also directed to demarcate the land of the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
