Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the authorities for consideration of her claim for apportioning of the benefits of her deceased husband Hare Krishna Prasad on account of being the second wife.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of her grievances as aforesaid.
