JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the authorities for consideration of her claim for apportioning of the benefits of her deceased husband Hare Krishna Prasad on account of being the second wife.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of her grievances as aforesaid.
