Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of this petitioner and coaccused country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2016. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent also. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16281 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Patna/successor Court in connection with Fatuha Police Station Case No. 307 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
