Patna High Court CWJC No.5805 of 2020 dt.22-11-2021 2/2 petition, the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed and hence the writ petition need not be pursued.

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
