The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 365, 498A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of causing assault to the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs.1,00,000/- and removing her from matrimonial house.

Submission is that petitioner is the husband of the daughter of the informant and due to some family dispute daughter of the informant left her matrimonial house and, thereafter, present case has been lodged with false allegation. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
