JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(i-b)a/26(i) 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that one country-made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 15-11-2016. In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
