The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019, registered under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., in course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and his confessional statement was recorded showing his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and he is involved in six other cases, but in all cases he is on bail due to that reasons, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2019.

No.10058 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Shiv Kumar, J.M.1st Class, UdaKishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019.
