The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 250/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and other sections of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot and from his possession one loaded country-made pistol was recovered for that petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above-named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9953 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 250/2016.
