JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not complying with the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara dated 05.07.2011/30.05.2016.
Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Education & Employee Grievance Redressal Rules, 2015 for execution of the aforesaid order dated 05.07.2011/30.05.2016 and in case an appropriate application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall ensure compliance of its order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
