Patna High Court MJC No.310 of 2022(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 ORAL ORDER 11-07-2025 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the letter dated 06.02.2023, issued by the Circle Officer, Amnaur, Saran wherein it has been stated that though the entire encroachment in question has been removed, however one temple is still standing over the land in question, but the ingress and egress to the premises of the petitioners is not being hindered, whereas it is the stand of the petitioner that because of the said temple, which is the bone of contention amongst the parties and has been constructed illegally as also in an unauthorized manner, the petitioner is having difficulty in ingress and egress vis-a-vis his plot. Liberty so sought is granted.
