Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with NTPC Khaira P. S. case no. 30/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Petitioner no.1 is maternal father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is cousin father-in-law and petitioner no.3 is cousin brother-in-law of the deceased.
The first information report reflects that allegation of torturing as well as demand of dowry is against husband and in-laws of the deceased and moreover, it is only stated that the petitioners participated in cremation of dead body of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14427 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in NTPC Khaira P. S. case no. 30/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
