The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 304/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A)/37(B) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 5 litres of country made liquor was recovered besides some cash for that the petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
