2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has superannuated from the post of 'Associate Professor' from S. Sinha College, Aurangabad, Bihar on 31.07.2019 and during pendency of the present writ application, pension and other retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner by the University. However, the same has been paid on the basis of 6th pay revision and in the reduced pay scale of 7th pay revision.

3. Learned counsel for the University, referring to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3824 of 2020(5) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 para-6 of the counter affidavit, submits that the entire dues of the petitioner has been paid on the basis of revised pay scale under the 7th pay revision. Only payments of arrears of salary was under process and by now, the same might have been paid to the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, petitioner is permitted to file a representation before Respondent No.4, Registrar of the University, if any grievance of the petitioner still subsists, within a period of four weeks and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, Respondent No.4, the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

5. Needless to say, if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the said representation.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
