Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of selection arising out of Advertisement No. 1/2019 issued by the respondent- BTSC has has now been cancelled, and as such, the relief, in respect of the said section process, raised by the petitioner, in the instant writ proceedings, therefore, has become infructuous.
