It appears that vide order dated 28.04.2017 passed by this Court, all the petitioners, above named, were directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.35 of 2017 with the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners but in the cause title of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17600 of 2017 (3) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 aforesaid order dated 28.04.2017 passed by this Court, while the name and details of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 were typed but the name and details of the petitioner no.3 could not be typed. In that view of the matter, the order dated 28.04.2017 passed by this Court granting bail to the petitioners, above named, be deemed to be passed in respect of all the three petitioners, above named.
The order dated 28.04.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
