Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.127 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

In the written report, it is alleged that the informant got information on phone that his daughter has died due to burn injuries in her Sasural. The informant reached there and found that this petitioner and other accused persons has caused death of his daughter by burn injuries.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Ashok Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S.
