The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 series to the present application with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the case. It has been reported that the case is pending for defence argument and the same is expected to be concluded within a period of two months.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7739 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected in connection with S. Tr. No. 2/15-1/15, arising out of Durgawati P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014, pending in the court of learned 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
