2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for a direction to the respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate, Gaya) as well as respondent no.5 (the Circle Officer, Chandauti) for settlement of land in favour of the petitioner bearing Mauza No. 323 (Kendua), Khesra No.

1980 and Area 726 Sq. Ft. in favour of the petitioner land in question but the private respondent no.6 (Nand Kishor Singh) own

Patna High Court CWJC No.23189 of 2018(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 brother of the petitioner has obstruct the land in question to the petitioner to the petitioner and for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for land in question."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Chandauti, Gaya alongwith all the supporting document/fee so that the land is measured.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition as also Interlocutory Application, if any is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent alongwith supporting documents/representation/fee who shall be duty bound to notice all the parties related to the land in question, fix a date and in the presence of all the parties, get the land measured and thereafter pass a final order after providing the report and hearing the parties.

6. It is expected that the same shall be concluded at an earliest.
