JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-09-2016 The claim of these petitioners for being absorbed in the Land Reforms Department because of lack of availability of posts under their category has been accepted even in the affidavit of the Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar. He has categorically stated that the reason for non- absorption would be better replied by respondent no.3, who happens to be the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar.

Since the Court is not getting assistance by the State authorities in uniformity, the matter is disposed of with a direction upon the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar to look into the matter and take a decision as to what is required to be done with regard to these petitioners. Such a decision and direction would be given to the competent authorities within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Writ stands disposed of.
