This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Twenty liters of liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court.
