The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught with copper wire worth Rs. 84,800/ which he was attempting to hide.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 27.11.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22113 of 2021(2) dt.05-10-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Muzaffarpur RPF Post Case no.10 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate(Railway), Sonpur(Saran).
