Having regard to the limited prayed made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the learned Court below for expediting the proceedings

Patna High Court CWJC No.3579 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 of the aforesaid Eviction Suit No. 29 of 2013, whereupon the learned Court below shall take appropriate steps, forthwith.
