2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 325 of 2025 instituted under Sections 137(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that he has not kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

5. From the statement of victim girl recorded before the police, it appears that it was Prince Kumar who had taken her and kept her in a room for ten days. The petitioner is not

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda/ concerned Court in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 325 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
