The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/337/447/354/307/379 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The occurrence of assault allegedly took place for land dispute between the neighbours. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of
