2. The application is preferred for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.01.2024 passed in CWJC No. 113 of 2009.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the liberty extended by this Court by the order under contempt, the petitioner pursuing his appeal, however, the concerned opposite parties are sitting tight over the matter and

Patna High Court MJC No.599 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 has not disposed off the appeal till date, hence the contempt petition.

4. Perusing the order under contempt and considering the submissions, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the contempt proceeding. Accordingly, the same stands closed.
