The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 29.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35762 of 2014 as the time fixed for surrender has already expired.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, let the time fixed in the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35762 of 2014 be extended by a further period of three weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period of three weeks from today, the order
