The petitioner is claiming that a private land belonging to her in Mauza Pokhwan, Thana No. 193, Khata No. 273, Plot No. 168/1036 and Plot No. 168/1042 and Khata No. 267/291, Plot No. 169/170 is being used illegally by the respondents for construction of a primary health center without resorting to any acquisition proceeding.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, upon instructions, has submitted that primary health center is being constructed over Khata No. 307, Plot No. 168 and not Khata No. 273, Plot No. 168.
