The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 208 of 2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 19.10.2014 after completion of PACS Election and after making payment government relief to Manju Devi the informant was returning home on four wheeler vehicle and as soon as he took his seat in the vehicle, the F.I.R. named accused persons and some unknown persons opened firing to kill him but anyhow he saved his life. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15479 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 also alleged that there are several signs of firing on his vehicle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and omnibus and general allegation has been made against them. There is no injury to any person in course of occurrence.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
