ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order of this Court dated 10.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 52256 of 2013.

Both the Parties are physically present and it does not appear that they will resume their matrimonial relationship. Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order of this Court dated 10.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 52256 of 2013 in connection with Siwan Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms. However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
