This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 279/2014, disclosing offences under section 420 of the Indian penal Code.
Since the present application arises out of a complaint case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be decided on the same day keeping in view this Court's decision in the case of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6030 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & ors. v. the State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2015(3) PLJR 806.
This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, disposed of, but with the aforesaid observations.
