JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 The petitioner had a grievance that photograph of another candidate, namely, Kamini Kumari, was affixed in place of her own photograph on the registration card, admit card and marks sheet of Secondary School Examination 2017 held by Bihar School Examination Board.
Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Bihar School Examination Board, which is taken on record. It has been stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and through letter dated 30.11.2018, the Additional Secretary (Secondary), Bihar School Examination Board, has informed the Head Master of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.23183 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 concerned school that necessary corrections have already been made on the evidence produced. A copy of the corrected marks sheet has been brought on record by way of annexure in the counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that copy of the marks sheet, which has been brought on record by way of annexure in the counter affidavit, is not in the original format of the Bihar School Examination Board.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board in response has submitted that the petitioner shall be supplied corrected registration certificate, marks sheet and admit card in proper format without any loss of time.
