Mr. Parmeshwar Mehta, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Two persons, namely, Kamakhya Yadav and Shiv Mangal Singh were arrested at the spot while remaining succeeded in their escape while indulged in manufacturing Mahua wine and during course thereof, apart from articles so disclosed, 50 litres of Mahua wine has also been seized. Petitioners are the persons who managed to escape.

As per para 3 of the petition, there happens to be criminal antecedent of the petitioners.

In the background of the fact that petitioners were not apprehended at the spot and are under custody since 22.01.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9723 of 2020(2) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 whereupon, petitioners Kamlesh Singh, Pappu Singh, Dharmendra Singh, respectively, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 243/2019, subject to a condition that henceforth indulgence will disentitle them to avail the liberty and, the learned lower court on that very score would strictly follow the direction.
