Now, he wants a direction upon the respondents to appoint him on compassionate ground. The facts speak for themselves. Compassionate appointment can be made strictly in terms of the policy and not a charity for unemployed children of a government servant. Writ is required to be dismissed for many a reasons including that such a claim is not within the time frame and now, it will serve no purpose. The family if it has remained in distress will remain in distress and the object of compassionate appointment is not met in the facts of the case.
