JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners for modification of the order dated 4.5.2017 stating that address of the petitioners in the title portion has wrongly been mentioned as 'resident of village Sirsiya Bazar, P.S. Bela, District Sitamarhi' in place of 'resident of village Patahi, P.S. Belsend, District Sitamarhi'.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that, as a matter of fact, this Court had granted permission to him to correct the address of the petitioners in the petition in course of the day and he had done so but the address of the petitioners has wrongly been mentioned in the order dated 4.5.2017. In view of above submission made, the order dated 4.5.2017 is modified to the extent that address of the petitioners should be correctly read as 'resident of village Patahi, P.S.Belsend, District Sitamarhi.
