Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019 for the offence under section 365, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in forcibly getting the daughter of the informant shifted in a auto and thereafter lifted her threatening to kill if she raises alarm.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ;parties have compromised their disputes outside the Court. The statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. indicates that

No.9811 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 petitioner and informant have developed intimacy on face book and they have exchanged their mobile numbers and in the aforesaid backdrop, the incident occurred on 29.7.2019. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances discussed hereinabove, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
