2. The petitioner no. 1 namely Sunarpati Devi was granted bail by this Court on 07.03.2025.

3. The petitioner no. 2 seeks regular bail in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 329(3), 352, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased after assaulting her.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 is innocent and has not committed any

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13244 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 offence. Petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 15.11.2024. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner no. 02.

6. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner no. 2, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024.
