JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S.Case No. 17 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 is unmarried daughter of the deceased. The marriage of deceased was solemnized in the year 2010 and she died in the year 2014. Moreover, the informant has stated in his written report that he got information regarding the death of her daughter from Pintu kumar who happens to be husband of the deceased and having got the aforesaid information, he came to know that the dead body of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Arwal Mahila P.S.Case No. 17 of 2014 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
