2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43076 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was remanded in this case as Md. Julfekar Ansari @ Md. Rehan but the petitioner filed his regular bail before this Hon'ble Court in the name of Md. Rehan @ Md. Rehan Ansari and the Hon'ble Court also passed the order dated 20.07.2023 in the name of Md. Rehan @ Md. Rehan Ansari Son of Md. Azam Ansari @ Alam resident of Mohalla- Purani Munsafi, P.O and P.S- Laheriasarai, District- Darbhanga.
