The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25 (1) A/ 25(1-AA)/ 25 (1-AC)/ 25 (1-B)a/ 25 (1-B)c/ 26 (i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that no incriminating article has been seized from conscious possession of this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was running away on seeing the police party. It is alleged that informant got information that some miscreants are engaged in manufacturing illegal arms over a mountain in the plastic shade. The informant along with other police official reached there and on seeing the police, miscreants started fleeing away and some miscreants were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4566 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 apprehended by the police. One of the accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2274 of 2017 dated 06.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st., Munger, in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
