JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Parabatta P.S. Case No.137 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's son had gone to field with cattle and he did not return back. In the next morning, his dead body was found and rumour was raised that some unknown persons killed him.

Submission is that there is no material against the petitioner except the statement of four witnesses that the deceased was last seen with this petitioner and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6766 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 let the petitioner, namely, Nirpin Singh @ Nripin Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria in connection with Parabatta P.S.
