The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.326 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have tried to commit murder of son of the informant and also assaulted the other family members of the petitioner by means of lathi, farsa, etc. along with other co-accused persons. It is also alleged that the petitioner snatched locket of daughter-inlaw of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that nothing incriminating surfaced during course of investigation which may connect this petitioner with the present set of occurrence. It is submitted that allegation as regard to assault caused by iron rod is on hand of the injured and it appears from discharge slip of DMCH that pain and swelling over right hand and wound over left side of chest, caused by the hard blunt substance. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.09.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as allegation as regard to assault is caused by hard blunt substance let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.326 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Darbhanga or Successor Court.
