The petitioner seeks bail in Tekari P.S. Case No. 487 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 135(A) of Representative of Peoples Act. As per the FIR, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, 24 named and 150-200 unknown persons attacked on polling agent, informant and the police officials, tried to snatch their weapons and also damaged two control unit on booth no. 152. It is further alleged that the accused persons fled away with some documents.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation and none has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 487 of 2021.
